We are upgrading our Celestia Mocha Testnet infrastructure to celestia-app v10.2.0-mocha and celestia-node v0.34.2-mocha. This is a coordinated network upgrade tied to a signalled activation height. The celestia-app release introduces Fibre, a new on-chain-settled data availability service, and adds a Cosmos gRPC reflection service; celestia-node adds a corresponding Fibre client exposed through a new JSON-RPC namespace, along with IPv6 literal endpoint support and stability fixes, including a peer-connection deadlock fix. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
